Production turnaround

Production turnaround is typically 1–7 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping transit time is additional to production turnaround. Contact us for an estimated delivery date for your order.

Custom-order returns and cancellations

Custom orders cannot be returned. Cancellation requests require approval from Angry Engravers and can only be considered before your order has entered production. Contact lori@angryengravers.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Design Services

We are happy to help with your design. Basic design help is complimentary. Simple design service starts at $5. More involved designs will be charged up to $25. Contact us with your design requirements and we will give you a design estimate.

Trademarked and Copyrighted Images

We are committed to respecting intellectual property rights. Therefore, we cannot reproduce any copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, images, logos, artwork, and text protected by copyright or trademark law. We encourage you to obtain the necessary permissions from the copyright or trademark holder before submitting your files for printing.

If you have permission to use the copyrighted or trademarked material, please provide proof of authorization when submitting your files for printing.

Alternatively, we can help you create original designs that do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
